……, I just spoke to………………. who stated that under your advice he should try to negotiate the interest that we are retaining to compensate our attorney since it is a bonus fee for us. By making these false claims, you are violating your affiliate contract, and any "negotiations" will be deducted from your referral commission. The interest retained is being used to compensate our attorneys, and obviously since your client is holding a check, our expediting services were successful. Also, the only reason why we are even talking about interest is because our attorneys were able to demand the IRS to add this on top of their ERC amounts received.
